Bookings are made in hourly slots and must be within our operating hours.
Selected slots are held for a limited time while you complete checkout; unpaid holds are released automatically.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the schedule are eligible for a refund or rebooking. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refundable.
Please arrive on time — sessions end at the scheduled time so the next group can play.
